Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Consequence: Message removed, repeated violations lead to ban

🚫 DON'T: Spam & Self-Promotion

Keep the community focused on genuine connection:

• No advertising or promotional content
• No links to external websites
• No repetitive or meaningless messages
• No solicitation of any kind

Consequence: Message removed, account may be suspended

🚫 DON'T: Illegal Activities

Do not use the platform for anything illegal:

• Drug sales or promotion
• Violence or threats
• Fraud or scams
• Any content that violates local, state, or federal laws

Consequence: Immediate permanent ban and report to authorities

⚠️ Our Moderation System

We use automated moderation combined with human review to enforce these guidelines:

• Automated filters catch and remove most violations instantly
• Strike system: 3 violations = permanent ban
• Severe violations (hate speech, sexual content, threats) result in immediate permanent ban
• Appeals: Contact support if you believe a ban was made in error
